Free worldwide shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, to every country we ship to.

Delivery time

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 7–10 days of your order. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking link once it ships. Delivery times can occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays and peak seasons.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Tracking information may take 2–5 days to show movement after your order ships.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update it. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, or tracking shows no movement for 10 days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
